Everything you need to know about booking a shoot at Elements on East Coast.
TimingsWhat time should we arrive for the shoot?▼
Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their allocated shoot time for a smooth check-in process.
TimingsIs there a grace period for late arrival?▼
Yes, we offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this window, we will do our best to accommodate you without rescheduling. However, if you arrive after the grace period, we may need to reschedule your shoot to ensure all guests receive their full allocated time.
TimingsWhat happens if we exceed the grace period?▼
Any additional time beyond the grace period will automatically be treated as a 1-hour extension charge of ₹2,000, subject to slot availability.
TimingsWhat is the venue closing time?▼
The venue closes strictly at 8:30 PM, and all guests are requested to vacate the premises before closing time.
BookingHow many people are allowed per booking?▼
A maximum of 6 members is permitted per booking, including the photography team. Additional members beyond the allowed limit will be charged ₹500 per person.
BookingIs more than one couple allowed in a single booking?▼
No. Only one couple is permitted per booked slot.
ShootsWhat types of shoots are allowed at the venue?▼
The property is suitable only for: Couple shoots, Maternity shoots, Baby shoots
PhotographersDo you provide photographers?▼
No. We provide only the shoot location. Guests must arrange their own photographers.
PhotographyIs mobile photography allowed?▼
No. Mobile photography is strictly prohibited inside the property.
BookingWill there be other shoots happening during our time slot?▼
Yes. Other shoots may also take place at the property during your booked slot.
Changing RoomsAre changing rooms available?▼
Yes. An AC changing room will be provided, and the keys will be handed over upon arrival.
ServicesAre make-up services available?▼
Yes. Professional make-up artists can be arranged upon prior request as a chargeable add-on service.
Add on ServicesWhat add-on services are available?▼
Chargeable add-ons include: Rental gowns & jewellery, Smoke bombs, Guitar & violin props, Super bike rental (advance booking required)
FoodCan we order food at the venue?▼
Yes. Guests are welcome to order food through Swiggy if required.
Drinking WaterIs drinking water available?▼
Yes. Drinking water is available through a common purifier.
VenueIs the venue fully outdoors?▼
Yes. Since the property is a garden studio, guests are advised to carry caps, umbrellas, or sunscreen for mid-day shoots.
MosquitoesAre mosquitoes present during evening shoots?▼
Mosquitoes may be present during evenings. Mosquito repellent fabric spray will be provided for guest comfort.
LightsWhen are the decorative lights switched on?▼
The magical light décor timings are: 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM & 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. For safety reasons, decorative lights will not be switched on during rainfall.
BeachIs the beach nearby?▼
Yes. The beach is within walking distance from the property.
